Today I learnt a new word called "pseudo". A "pseudo name" means a fake or substitute name used for someone who doesn't wish to disclose his identity to public, especially on holidays. Hence the title of my blog. Hehe.
And to narrate my story below, I'm gonna give my client a Pseudo name called Michelle. She is one who complains about everything she can but can still sound very nice. Even I am amazed at her. Its like when I spoke to her she is complaining but I don't feel annoyed. In fact I enjoyed speaking to her but sadly she is not my client. Aswin is the one taking charge. So why is she not speaking to Aswin?
She called my extension and start telling me about her issue and asked me for help. I was just doing what I could for her and I tried to sound as comfortable as I can because it was my first time speaking with her. She got so comfortable with me that we were practically talking on the phone like friends haha. But the shocking thing came after I ended the call.
The moment I hung up, Aswin came over to tell me that Michelle actually put him on hold just to call me. Hahahaha it was damn joke because he didn't expect that (neither did I) so it was kinda funny.
And, did I not mention I love walking around the hotel to run errands? And the new Russian guy smiled to me even while entertaining guests. Their way of acknowledging your presence. I appreciate.
